Real email infrastructure

Most disposable email services use fake or poorly configured domains that get blocked by major services within days. Dezignmail uses Cloudflare Email Routing on properly configured domains with full SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records — the same setup used by legitimate businesses.

Multiple domains

We operate several domains so if one gets blocked somewhere, you have others to use. New domains are added regularly based on demand.

We run no analytics, no advertising networks, no session tracking. Your inbox address exists only in your browser's session storage and is never associated with any identity.

Auto-cleanup

Emails older than 3 hours are automatically deleted from our servers. When you manually delete an inbox, all emails and attachments are permanently removed immediately.

Under the hood.

Dezignmail is powered entirely by Cloudflare's edge network — no traditional servers, no databases to maintain, no single point of failure.

Architecture

When you send an email to any address on our domains, here's what happens:

  • Cloudflare's Email Routing receives the SMTP message via our MX records
  • Our Email Worker parses the raw message using postal-mime
  • Email metadata (from, subject, body) is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite)
  • Attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage
  • Your browser polls the API every 5 seconds to show new messages

Email validation records

All our domains are configured with:

  • MX records — Cloudflare's route1/2/3.mx.cloudflare.net servers receive your mail
  • SPF — Authorizes Cloudflare to send on behalf of our domains
  • DKIM — Cryptographic signature to prevent spoofing
  • DMARC — Policy enforcement for both SPF and DKIM

Privacy by architecture

Your inbox address is stored only in your browser's session storage. If you close or refresh the tab, the session ends. No server-side sessions, no cookies, no user accounts.

Data retention

All emails are automatically deleted after 3 hours. Manual deletion wipes everything immediately. Attachments stored in R2 are deleted alongside the email record. We retain nothing.

Why we built this

Most disposable email services are either full of ads, blocked everywhere, or technically broken. They use shared IPs, no proper DNS records, and get flagged immediately. We wanted something better — a service that actually works when you need it.

Dezignmail uses real Cloudflare infrastructure with proper MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration. Emails actually arrive. Validation actually passes. It just works.

Overview

Dezignmail is operated by Dezignwise. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, retain nothing long-term, and share nothing.

Data we collect

When you use Dezignmail, the following data is temporarily processed:

  • Email content — When an email is delivered to your temporary address, the sender, subject, body, and attachments are stored in Cloudflare D1 and R2 to display in your inbox.
  • Inbox address — Stored only in your browser's session storage. Never sent to our servers as an identifier.
  • Server logs — Cloudflare may collect standard request logs (IP, User-Agent, timestamp) as part of their infrastructure operations. We do not access or process these logs.

Data we do NOT collect

  • Account information (we have no accounts)
  • Cookies or tracking identifiers
  • Analytics or behavioral data
  • Payment information
  • Your real email address

Data retention

All emails and attachments are automatically deleted after 3 hours. If you manually delete your inbox, all associated data is deleted immediately and permanently. We have no backups of individual email content.

Third-party services

Dezignmail is built on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Pages, Email Routing, D1, R2). Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to data processed through their network. We use no other third-party services, analytics tools, or advertising networks.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Period.

Your rights

Since we don't collect personally identifiable information and all data is ephemeral, standard data rights (access, deletion, portability) are satisfied by design. If you have concerns, contact us at privacy@dezignwise.eu.cc.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Agreement

By using Dezignmail ("the Service"), operated by Dezignwise ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of service

Dezignmail provides temporary, disposable email inboxes for privacy-conscious users. The Service is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Acceptable use

You may use Dezignmail for lawful purposes only. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send, receive, or facilitate spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the infrastructure
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization

Service availability

We strive for high availability but make no guarantees. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

Data and privacy

See our Privacy Policy for full details. In summary: we retain email data for up to 3 hours and then delete it permanently. We have no access to your identity.

Intellectual property

The Dezignmail name, logo, and interface are property of Dezignwise. The underlying open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

Limitation of liability

Dezignwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $0, as the Service is provided free of charge.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice — particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Rate Limits
